Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel from My Bookings. Refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel:

• 72 hours or more before the ritual: full refund of the puja amount
• 24 to 72 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund, because the ritual has already been planned

If we cannot perform a ritual, you get a full refund or a free change of date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Edit the percentages in Admin → Settings → Booking rules.
