Booking & sankalpam
How do I book a puja?
Open the puja, choose a date, enter the names for the sankalpam and pay. You will get a booking ID and a receipt straight away.
Can I change the names after booking?
Yes, until the cutoff time shown on your booking. After the cutoff, write to us from My Bookings and our team will help.
Sankalpam
What is a sankalpam and which names should I give?
The sankalpam is the resolve recited at the start of the puja with the names, gotra and nakshatra of the people it is performed for. Give the names exactly as you want them recited.
I do not know my gotra. What should I do?
Choose “Unknown / Not sure”. The priests will use the traditional form for that case. You can also ask your family elders.
Video & live darshan
When will I get my puja video?
After the ritual is completed and checked. The expected time is on each puja page. We tell you by SMS, email or WhatsApp when it is ready.
Can my family abroad watch the live darshan?
Yes. The time is shown in Indian time and in your own time zone. Share the booking link with family members who should join, where the puja allows it.
Cancel
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes, as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The earlier you cancel, the higher the refund. Request it from My Bookings.
Payments & refunds
Is my payment safe?
Payments go through a regulated payment gateway. We confirm every payment on our server before your booking is marked confirmed. We never see your card details.
Prasadam delivery
Is prasadam sent to my home?
Only for pujas that show the prasadam option. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. Parcel delivery is tracked separately from the puja.
